1. About ACE
ACE — Agency Client Engine (“ACE”, “we”, “us”) provides sales coaching for solo agency owners and is operated from the United Kingdom by the founders of The Closing Clinic. By using this website, submitting an application or booking a call you agree to these terms.
2. The application and call
Submitting an application does not create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. It is an invitation to have a conversation. We review every application personally and may decline to offer a call or a place on the programme at our discretion. Any call you book is free of charge and carries no obligation on either side.
Please make sure the information you give us is accurate. We rely on it to decide whether we can help you.
3. Coaching services
If we agree to work together, the coaching relationship — including fees, payment terms, the length of the engagement, what is included and how either side can end it — will be set out in a separate written agreement, which will take precedence over these terms for those matters.
4. Earnings and results disclaimer — no income claims, no guaranteed results
ACE provides education, coaching and strategic advice. We do not, and cannot, guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money, sign any particular number of clients, book any particular number of calls, or achieve any specific business outcome. It is possible that you will make no money at all, or that you will lose money, as a result of the time and money you invest in your business.
Any figures, member wins, testimonials, case studies, screenshots, videos or examples on this website — including anything about our own businesses — are the individual, self-reported experiences of specific people at a specific time. They are shown to illustrate what some people have done, not to suggest that you will do the same. They are not typical, we have not established what a “typical” result is, and they should not be read as an estimate, projection, average or guarantee of the income, revenue or results you can expect.
Your results will depend on many factors that are outside our control, including your offer, your market, your skills and experience, your pricing, the effort and time you put in, your ability to follow through, and general economic conditions. Every business decision you make — about pricing, hiring, spending, selling or anything else — is yours alone, and you accept full responsibility for it. We strongly recommend that you invest in coaching only from money you can afford to spend.
Any statements on this website about future results, growth or outcomes are opinions or expectations only, not promises. If a coaching agreement includes any form of refund or satisfaction guarantee, that is a promise about a refund; it is never a guarantee of income, clients or results.
5. Not professional advice
Nothing on this website or in our coaching is legal, financial, accounting or tax advice. Please take independent professional advice where appropriate.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website and of our coaching — including frameworks, scripts, templates, recordings, documents and the ACE name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for your own business. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, teach or publish it, or use it to build a competing product or service, without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, submit false or misleading information, submit applications on behalf of someone else without their consent, or attempt to interfere with the site’s operation or security.
8. Third-party services
This website uses third-party services, including the LeadConnector / HighLevel platform for the form and Calendly for booking. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or for the content of any external websites we link to.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of this website or from anything you do in reliance on the free content on it. Our total liability in connection with this website is limited to £100.
10. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
11. Testimonials and disclosure
Testimonials and wins shown on this site were given voluntarily by members and clients. Some names have been shortened for privacy. Nobody was paid for a testimonial. Every testimonial and win is an individual result and is not typical; it is not a claim, promise or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results (see section 4).
12. Advertising platforms
This site is not part of the Facebook or Instagram websites or of Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed by Meta in any way. Facebook, Instagram and Meta are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page. The version in force when you submit an application applies to that application.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your local law.
