Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

The short version: we only collect the details you give us on the application form, we use them to review your application and speak to you about one-on-one coaching, we don’t sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing [email protected].

1. Who we are

ACE — Agency Client Engine (“ACE”, “we”, “us”) provides one-on-one sales coaching for solo agency owners. ACE is operated from the United Kingdom by the founders of The Closing Clinic. We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at [email protected].

2. What we collect

When you submit the application form we collect the information you enter, which includes:

  • your name, email address and phone number;
  • information about your business: what you sell and at what price point, your current monthly revenue bracket, your revenue goal, how many sales calls you take each week, and why you are looking for support;
  • your answers to the qualifying questions (budget to invest, whether you are the decision maker, and whether you are ready to start in the next 30 days).

If you go on to book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, the time you choose and any notes you add. If you contact us by email, we keep the correspondence.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site — such as your IP address, device and browser type, the pages you view and the referring advert — through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To review your application and get in touch with you about it — by phone, email or text message. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who apply.
  • To run the call you book and, if you join, to deliver the coaching. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
  • To send you relevant follow-up information about ACE if you apply but do not book or join. Lawful basis: legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, including telling advertising platforms that an application or booking happened. Lawful basis: your consent to non-essential cookies, where required, and otherwise our legitimate interests.
  • To keep records and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Every application is read by a person.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run ACE and who are bound to protect it:

  • LeadConnector / HighLevel — the platform that hosts this website, the application form and our customer records, and sends our emails and text messages.
  • Calendly — call scheduling.
  • Google Workspace — email.
  • Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) — advertising measurement, via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, where you have consented to advertising cookies or where we are otherwise permitted.
  • Video-call and community tools we use to deliver coaching if you join (for example Zoom, Google Meet or Skool).

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers above process data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, the UK extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or the provider’s own adequacy-based arrangements.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Essential — needed for the form, the booking calendar and the site to work.
  • Advertising and analytics — the Meta Pixel, which lets us see whether our adverts lead to applications and bookings and show relevant adverts to people who have visited. These are only set with your consent where the law requires it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Meta’s own controls are at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

7. How long we keep it

We keep application details for up to 24 months from your last contact with us so that we can follow up and avoid asking you the same questions twice. If you become a client we keep your records for the duration of the coaching and for 6 years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, to withdraw consent where we rely on it, and to receive your information in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, although we would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

9. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and access controls to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please contact us straight away if you believe your information has been compromised.

10. Children

ACE is for business owners and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date at the top. Significant changes will be communicated to existing clients directly.

12. No income claims or guaranteed results

Nothing on this website, in our application process or in our communications with you is an income, earnings or revenue claim, and nothing is a guarantee of results. Any member wins, testimonials, case studies or figures we show are the individual experiences of specific people; they are not typical and are not a promise, estimate or projection of what you will achieve. Your results will vary and depend on your own effort, offer, market and circumstances. Our full earnings and results disclaimer is in section 4 of our Terms of Service.
